Growing up in a liberal Catholic family in the 1970's, we of course had the GODSPELL album, and I knew every song by heart. I used to be embarrassed by my love for this show / movie, but I'm not anymore. All Good Gifts, Beautiful City, Day by Day... They are marvelous songs, and this show is so underrated. Was it "Steely Dan Syndrome"-- just overexposure of a good thing?
